How we came about

What started out in late 2016 as a friend needing pin protectors for his iP2000 - Powered Column Loudspeaker to avoid getting the pins bent again while setting up, taking down or loading in or out from gig to gig has prompted us to create a 3d printed cap that slides over the pins and covers the electrical connection protecting it as well, this in turn led us to other owner/users that had the same issue with the iP1000 and iP3000 series Powered Column Loudspeaker, thus we now offer Pin Protectors for all three iP series, the design of the pin protectors are made so they add nothing to the overall length of the column and they will fit in the soft carry case bags that TurboSound offers.

New Items for the iP2000 and iP3000

T-Bar2000 and T-Bar3000 are our new designs to allow you mount a balance light bar on to of your TurboSound column speakers.

The 2000 simply slides on the top and powerful magnets hold it firmly into place, the 3000 fits on top and latches to the handle on the back side of the iP3000 unit, The purpose is to eliminate the tripod light stand for a much cleaner stage presents.

Pin Protectors are made from PLA, A food grade plastic with no petroleum content.

Poly (lactic acid) or polylactic acid or polylactide (PLA) is a biodegradable and bioactive thermoplastic aliphatic polyester derived from renewable

resources, such as corn starch (in the United States and Canada), cassava roots, chips or starch (mostly in Asia), or sugarcane (in the rest of the world).

The pin protectors take approximately 6 to 9 hours to produce one, for this reason we print them,

then offer them through E-Bay and will ship within 24 hours of purchase except weekends.

ZwollCo Technologies currently has 14-FDM (fused deposition modeling)

and 3-High Precision UV Photopolymer Resin 3D printers to facilitate orders.
